Our 1:1 Netbook Program provides students the opportunity to be effective digital learners who will become confident, creative and productive in a digital world. Learning at Bacchus Marsh College is achieved through a range of learning activities and programs, and is significantly enhanced through the use of student Netbooks.
Students will be expected to purchase a recommended school device from our supplier; through the JB Hi-Fi School Portal. Please do not purchase a device directly from a JB Hi-Fi Store, or by any other means. This is to ensure that all students have a device with the full range of required software (pre-installed), IT support and network connectivity making this a highly cost effective option. Families will have a number of choices as to the device, type and duration of insurance, and payment method or lease terms.
If you are transferring from another government school (primary or secondary) and already have a Netbook as part of a school 1:1 Netbook Program, please notify the College at the time of enrolment to determine potential compatibility.
